DO NOT park opposite the venue by Farm Foods/ASDA! They have parking restrictions in place 24 hours a day. In stead go to the next roundabout and turn right, then take the first left into the Agora car park. Park near the Church end and all will be free from fines.

Cost £25
The tools in this box will help you to build a more creative practice and develop your own unique flow. Using point of contact, resistance, hinging, levels, reversal, anti spin and flow to explore the multitude of movement available to us as dancers.
Second Workshop 2.45pm - 4.15pm
Duration 1hr 30mHeads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
Cost £25In this workshop we explore the endless possibilities that these various parts of the body can offer to our hooping skills. Be prepared to laugh and have fun!
